The Groom is a vital member of the Front Office team, responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. The role supports guests with transportation needs, handles deliveries, and maintains the lobby area, always upholding excellent service standards. Front Desk Agent– Luxury Resort, Santorini

The Front Desk Shift Leader is responsible for managing his/her shift and guide the Front Desk Agents.
