Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to operational excellence and cost efficiency.Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Develop and execute demand planning and forecasting to support project timelines and production needs.</li><li>Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and optimization processes.</li><li>Oversee procurement and sourcing activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply of materials.</li><li>Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.</li><li>Handle freight forwarding processes and ensure compliance with customs regulations and Incoterms.</li><li>Maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance.</li><li>Support production planning and scheduling to align with manufacturing capacity and delivery deadlines.</li><li>Monitor order fulfillment and tracking, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Implement supply chain risk management strategies and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).</li><li>Analyze logistics data, develop KPIs (OTIF, lead time, freight cost), and prepare performance reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with trade regulations, import/export processes, and maintain accurate documentation.</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles (experience in EPC or industrial projects is a plus).</li><li>Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and WMS/TMS platforms.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).</li><li>Familiarity with Incoterms, customs compliance, and international trade regulations.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills for data analysis, cost optimization, and root cause analysis.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Fluent in English (German will be considered an asset).</li><li>Professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) are a plus.</li></ul>The Company Offers:&nbsp;<ul><li>A unique opportunity to thrive in one of the pioneering companies in cable manufacturing.</li><li>Competitive remuneration package.</li><li>Life &amp; Health Insurance Plan.</li><li>Additional Bonus, based on results.</li></ul>
