The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between Board members and the project team, ensuring optimal resource utilization within budget and timeline constraints, monitoring quality standards, managing risks throughout the project lifecycle, and delivering comprehensive project reports.&nbsp;Applicant’s main accountabilities:<ul><li>Develop detailed project plans for multiple departments and lead their execution to achieve operational efficiencies.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the optimal use of resources to meet project goals and adhere to KPIs, while staying within budget and timeline constraints.&nbsp;</li><li>Motivate and support department supervisors and team members, ensuring collaboration and productivity.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate communication and act as the primary point of contact between Board members and the project teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure project deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards, aligned with the Group’s objectives and priorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans as necessary.</li><li>Conduct project evaluations and prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.</li></ul>Applicant’s main qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a STEM-related field.&nbsp;</li><li>Master’s degree or equivalent in Project Management or a related field is considered a valuable asset.&nbsp;</li><li>Mid-level professional experience (3-7 years) in similar role.&nbsp;</li><li>High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
