You will play a crucial role in assisting with SAP implementation projects, ensuring that our clients achieve their business transformation goals.Your key responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in managing project team roster and onboarding process for new team members</li><li>Maintain team on-site plan and vacation calendar</li><li>Assist in defining project management processes and quality standards.</li><li>Contribute to planning major phases, milestones, and deliverables in the system implementation lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure adherence to project methodologies and tools.</li><li>Maintain workshops plan &amp; schedule workshops according to participants’ availability.​</li><li>Maintain project deliverables, including status reports, minutes of meetings, timesheets, and project documentation.</li><li>Support project planning, monitor project execution and communicate with stakeholders to track activity and deliverables completion against planned dates.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in monitoring project risks, actions, issues, and mitigation actions.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in supporting team members on requests related to project management tools (e.g. JIRA)</li></ul>To qualify for the Role, you must have<ul><li>A university degree in information technology, engineering, business administration, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in SAP or Project Management is a plus, but not mandatory; we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience.</li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.</li><li>Familiarity with MS-Project and MS-Office tools is desirable.</li><li>A passion for learning and developing skills in a fast-paced, multinational environment.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer you&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to Shape your Future with Confidence by:<ul><li>Developing your professional growth:<ul><li>You'll have unlimited access to educational platforms, EY Badges and EY Degrees, alongside support for certifications.
