As&nbsp;Sustainability Consultant&nbsp;you will:<ul><li>Join a dynamic team, passionate about helping our clients' sustainability organization</li><li>Work in a collaborative team environment to analyze issues and address client challenges</li><li>Be trained and coached to develop your knowledge and skills, management and business development capabilities</li><li>Develop specialized ESG technology implementation expertise and build a reputation as a business advisor</li><li>Contribute to firm initiatives by supporting the development of proposals, thought leadership, market facing initiatives and recruitment</li></ul>You will drive our client’s operations to the next level through:<ul><li>Defining the IT architecture and systems’ strategy for the selection of new corporate sustainability reporting software</li><li>Blueprinting the sustainability processes, internal controls and implementing new sustainability technology/software (focused on Watershed and Workiva) and processes</li><li>Engaging with client teams to identify gaps and inconsistencies in data points, to ensure their contributions align with ESRS requirements</li><li>Process data and perform a set of checks and balances to identify missing or incomplete data, ensure accuracy and consistency</li><li>Using Watershed, measuring the company's carbon footprint, which involves the collection and preparation of activity data, accurate mapping to the relevant Greenhouse Gas (GHG) categories, and thorough reporting of the company's emissions.</li><li>Using Workiva, executing double materiality and creating the CSRD Reporting</li><li>Operating in the sustainability consolidation and reporting department of our clients</li><li>Improving the corporate sustainability, financial and non-financial performance management and reporting cycles</li></ul>#OurRequirementsAre you technology-savvy but passionate about sustainability? Deloitte can match your aspirations!What are the&nbsp;must have’s&nbsp;to excel in this role?University degree ideally in economics, computer science, engineering, or a technically oriented field or equally by experience<ul><li>1-3 years of applied working experience, ideally in Consulting services advising clients with regards to sustainability or software deployment/configuration/integration</li><li>Knowledge of&nbsp;deployment and integration of sustainability reporting platforms&nbsp;such as Watershed, Workiva, Sweep, Sphera, SAP, Envizi, Enablon… or other ESG technology</li><li>You have an affinity with technology and are familiar with analytics tools and techniques (e.g. PowerBI and other visualization tools), as well as the developments and trends in automation</li><li>Experience in the fields of&nbsp;ESG standards and frameworks&nbsp;(CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, GRI, TCFD, GHG, and SBTi)</li><li>Hands-on person, result-oriented and quality-driven and you have outstanding analytical skills (i.e. at ease with data sourcing, collection, validation, transformation and reporting)</li><li>Team player that is pro-active and can work independently.
