Vessels IT Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated Automation, Electrical, or Pneumatic Engineer with strong expertise in the marine sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of marine systems, including control systems, automation, and pneumatic mechanisms. Full-season roles are available, and following successful summer placements, winter opportunities may be available.Primary duties will centre around the yachts, the base, and ports of call. Working hours vary, and you MUST be flexible to operational requirements. You are required at times to assist with flotilla duties. At the beginning and end of the season, you may be asked to carry out fleet re-fit/lay-up. The yachts are prepared for the upcoming season or furloughed for winter during these periods. You and your lead boat team will be the face of the company. Working hours vary, and you MUST be flexible to operational requirements. Flotilla Technician

As a Technical Superintendent at BSM, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective technical management of assigned vessels. This role is strategically important in maintaining operational excellence and compliance, while serving as a vital link between ship and shore.
