Oracle Engineers

As a Maintenance Engineer you will be a member of the Mechanical Maintenance Team of the Blade Industrialization Department, responsible for Blade Machines production &amp; Quality assurance equipment maintenance and construction. You will also be involved in machinery improvements implementation. Main Responsibilities/Tasks:<ul><li>Diagnose breakdown problems for all production equipment</li><li>Responsible for the execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of the blade equipment</li><li>Inform Machine Construction Supervisor for drawings shortages and design omissions and/or errors</li><li>Propose improvements for machine operation and performance</li><li>Participate or build instructions related to machinery construction procedures, maintenance and troubleshooting</li><li>Contribute to the process of the new technologies’ induction in your area of responsibility</li><li>Undertake the construction of new projects assigned by your supervisor or project manager</li><li>Take part in various experiments concerning R&amp;D projects, Industrialization, and Improvement Projects</li><li>Responsible for the good condition and adequacy of the tools that you use</li><li>Responsible for the adequacy of stored spare parts, suggesting corrective actions </li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications/Skills Required: • Technical High School or Secondary Technical Shool in Mechanical Engineering • Certified with minimum license of Technician according to the Legal Requirements • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position in industrial field • Adequate knowledge of English language (both written and verbal) • Advanced PC literacy (especially MS Office) • Willing to work in shifts Preferred: • Prior experience in machine assembly, installation and commissioning• Basic Knowledge of Hydraulic, Pneumatic &amp;&nbsp;Robotic systems &amp;&nbsp;TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) • Knowledge of engineering Design ie. 2D (Autocad) &amp;&nbsp;3D Software (PTC Creo) • Machining Tool Basic Skills and First Level Automation Knowledge&nbsp;
