We’re looking for an Indirect Spend Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic procurement team. In this role, you’ll lead sourcing and procurement activities across key indirect categories — such as Sales &amp; Marketing, Facility Management and IT. You will be &nbsp;responsible for optimizing supplier performance, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring that procurement strategies align with the company’s overall business objectives, reporting to Country Procurement Manager.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for assigned indirect categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.</li><li>Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to support organizational initiatives and/or drive continuous improvement in procurement practices.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including commercial, operations, finance, and supply chain teams, to align procurement strategies with business needs and customer requirements.</li><li>Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and conduct spend analysis using data-driven assessments to get deep insight in cost structures, identify opportunities for cost savings, value generation, and process efficiencies.</li><li>Manage and optimize suppliers’ database, build relationships that generate long-term value for both Ayvens and the supplier in alignment with the country and group procurement strategies.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers to ensure terms and conditions according to the strategic priorities of the organization.</li><li>Manage supplier contracts throughout the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms and conditions.
