SKY express is currently seeking Captains (Airbus A320), based in Heraklion Crete, Greece for a Fixed Term Contract. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service across our expanding network. Captain Airbus A320 (Fixed Term Contract – HER Based)

The Cabin Crew Member ensures the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers throughout the flight. They provide exceptional customer service, conduct safety procedures, and respond effectively to any in-flight needs or emergencies. They act as the link between the airline and its passengers, maintaining professionalism while creating a safe and pleasant travel experience.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensures the comfort of passengers throughout their journey</li><li>Delivers outstanding customer service with a warm and friendly attitude.</li><li>Handles in-flight duties such as meal service and passenger queries.</li><li>Assists in boarding, disembarking, ensuring smooth flight operations.</li><li>Ensures passenger safety by implementing company safety procedures and emergency drills.</li><li>Administers First Aid, if needed.</li><li>Acts as an ambassador for the airline, offering a first-class experience from takeoff to landing.</li></ul>Competences: <ul><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Passion for customer service and working in a team.</li><li>Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies with professionalism.</li><li>Ability to meet the challenges of dealing with guests with integrity in demanding situations.</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>High School Diploma.</li><li>Normal vision (contact lenses accepted).</li><li>Flexible working in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.</li><li>Flexible to be based at any base of the Company.</li><li>Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable).</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).
