Based in Athens, Greece, and reporting to the Director of Training, the Training Specialist will be working closely with the restaurants by assisting in the implementation of effective training solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with the McDonald’s Corporation, vendors, and suppliers to assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs that support employees to grow.
