The American College of Greece is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Specialist – International Enrollment to join our Undergraduate Enrollment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for international student recruitment, admissions processing, and student support. The role involves significant international travel to represent ACG at fairs and events, as well as the cultivation of relationships with prospective students from initial inquiry to enrollment and relocation to Greece.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and participate in recruitment initiatives—such as international fairs, high school visits, conferences, and webinars—within the assigned territory.</li><li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners (e.g., educational agents, high school counselors), ensuring they remain informed and equipped to recruit qualified students.</li><li>Evaluate recruitment outcomes and propose adjustments to future recruitment plans within the assigned region to increase enrollment.</li><li>Guide candidates through all admissions process steps and assess their eligibility for admission.</li><li>Maintain consistent communication with prospective students to encourage engagement, ensure timely progression, and support conversion throughout the admissions cycle.</li><li>Coordinate on-campus visits, information sessions (in-person and online), and residence tours for prospective students and families.</li><li>Manage and update student application data within the CRM admissions system.</li><li>Support new students during their first year by following up on their academic and student life experience.</li><li>Organize and participate in on-campus events related to the recruitment and retention of first-year students.</li><li>Assist the refugee scholarship program counselor with admissions processes and coordinate logistical needs for scholarship recipients (e.g., books, meals, supplies).</li><li>Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor Degree</li><li>2-3 years’ work experience in counselling/advising, sales or customer care positions</li><li>Familiarity with international secondary and post-secondary education systems will be considered additional asset</li><li>Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Greek</li><li>P.C. literate (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Customer care oriented</li><li>Effective interpersonal and presentation skills</li><li>Discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Team Work</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task</li><li>Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work</li><li>Strong ability to adapt to different cultural and ethnic diverse environments</li></ul>Other requirements:<ul><li>Ability to travel frequently and to work flexible hours (considering potential time zone differences), including evenings and weekends, as required to support departmental needs.</li></ul>

Senior Specialist – International Enrollment

The position is full-time for one year and may be renewable upon agreement of all parties. The successful candidate will directly report to the Academic Dean and have a record of professional experience that demonstrates the ability to undertake the following:<ul><li>Develop a mission that supports the particular goals of the Division and ACT’s broader goals.</li><li>Build strong relationships with the community.</li><li>Represent the interests of the Science &amp; Technology Division to ACT’s administration and outside constituencies.</li><li>Provide a key communication link between the ACT administration and Division faculty.</li><li>Develop partnerships with other universities.</li><li>Promote excellence in teaching, research and service.</li><li>Oversee the departmental assessment process and conduct periodic program reviews.</li><li>Oversee accreditation &amp; validation reviews.</li><li>Drive program development, evaluation and growth.</li><li>Oversee external grants, special programs and development projects.</li><li>Coordinate the division’s curricula with the relevant coordinator(s).</li><li>Assist in hiring new faculty.</li><li>Oversee faculty development and evaluation.</li><li>Assist in new student recruitment.</li><li>Oversee retention of majors.</li><li>Oversee student affairs, including advising and internships.</li><li>Develop and monitor the Division budget.</li></ul>Position Requirements<ul><li>A doctoral Degree in an academic area that relates to the Science and Technology division. Preference will be given to candidates with background in the broad area of computing.</li><li>Demonstrated record of academic and professional achievement in higher education.</li><li>Demonstrated record of successful leadership and administrative experience in academic settings.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language.</li><li>Excellence in oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Interest and experience in developing partnerships with schools in the US and with the community in Greece.</li><li>Demonstrated teaching experience and ability to teach in one of the areas offered by the Science and Technology Division. A minimum of six years of university/college level teaching experience or other relevant work experience is required. The American College of Greece (ACG) is seeking a qualified and dynamic professional to join the Advancement Office as Manager, Advancement – Alumni.
