Based in Athens, Greece, this role reports directly to senior commercial leadership and plays a key part in cultivating client partnerships and driving advertising revenue across multiple channels by offering customized, cross-platform media solutions.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing collaboration</li><li>Identifying opportunities and providing integrated advertising solutions across print, digital, and other media platforms</li><li>Developing and delivering customized proposals and sales strategies aligned with client needs</li><li>Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across all media types</li><li>Monitoring industry trends and competitive activity to adjust commercial approaches as needed</li><li>Achieving and exceeding set sales targets and key performance indicators</li><li>Advising clients on campaign optimization for maximum impact and effectiveness</li><li>Tracking campaign performance metrics and presenting actionable insights and results</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Communications &amp; Media Studies, Business, or a relevant field</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in advertising sales within media, publishing, or related industries; exposure to Digital Media Sales is considered a strong plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client accounts strategically</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (XLS)</li><li>Existing client portfolio will be considered a strong asset</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills</li><li>Results-driven with a focus on targets</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Adaptability in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
