Based in Athens, Greece and reporting to the Head of PR &amp; Corporate Comms, the successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing and leading all communication and promotion activities for the company’s key client accounts, delivering high-quality solutions that meet client objectives and drive business growth.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Lead a portfolio of diverse client accounts, ensuring excellence in service delivery and building long-term, trust-based relationships</li><li>Oversee all communication and promotion activities for the clients, including communication strategies, events, campaigns, and press releases</li><li>Act as the senior point of contact for clients, offering high-level strategic counsel tailored to their industry and objectives</li><li>Oversee and execute high-impact client events, from concept development to post-event reporting, ensuring alignment with broader communication goals</li><li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, securing meaningful coverage across local, national, and international platforms</li><li>Review and approve client-facing content such as press releases, speeches, executive messaging, and corporate statements</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver seamless 360° campaign executions</li><li>Manage client budgets, project timelines, and KPIs with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement</li><li>Identify and drive organic growth opportunities, while contributing to new business development initiatives</li><li>Shape the client’s public image through briefings, follow-ups, presentations, and full proposals</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>&nbsp;Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>BSc and/or MSc degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline or a related field</li><li>At least 6 years of professional experience in PR, corporate communications, or integrated marketing, preferably within an agency environment</li><li>Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-channel campaigns and managing senior-level client relationships</li><li>Proficient in managing project budgets, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration tools</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially in Excel &amp; PowerPoint)</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English</li></ul>&nbsp;Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strong strategic mindset and the ability to work under pressure with poise and clarity</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and daily tasks end-to-end, while maintaining attention to detail and adherence to standards of excellence</li><li>A problem-solver able to effectively navigate client relationships</li><li>Able to promote the company’s teamwork spirit, collaborating seamlessly across departments to achieve shared organizational objectives</li><li>A can-do attitude showing willingness to take on responsibilities and go the extra mile</li></ul>
