Development Lead

This role requires a deep understanding of the building materials industry, excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.What you’ll be doing:<ul><li>Identify and target potential customers, including contractors, architects, distributors and developers through networking, cold calling and attending industry events.</li><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders and complaints.</li><li>Stay updated on the company’s product portfolio, including technical specifications and applications.</li><li>Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of the company’s materials.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor actions to identify opportunities and challenges.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts and market analysis to management.</li><li>Work closely with logistics, customer service and technical support, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.</li><li>Provide customer feedback to the product development team to improve offerings.</li><li>Participate in organizing and conducting technical training sessions and seminars to customers and partners.</li></ul> What we’d love for you to have:We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors and values.
