Απευθύνεται σε μηχανικούς που επιθυμούν να ασχοληθούν ουσιαστικά και ενεργά με τη Διαχείριση Τεχνικών Έργων και να αποκτήσουν ουσιαστική εμπειρία στον προγραμματισμό, τον έλεγχο κόστους και τη συνολική διαχείριση έργων μεγάλης κλίμακας.&nbsp;Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Παρακολουθεί και υποστηρίζει την εξέλιξη του χρονοδιαγράμματος του έργου, συλλέγοντας και επεξεργάζοντας στοιχεία προόδου για μελέτες, προμήθειες και κατασκευαστικές εργασίες, σε συνεργασία με όλα τα εμπλεκόμενα στελέχη του εργοταξίου.</li><li>Συμμετέχει ενεργά στην ανάλυση και αξιολόγηση της πορείας του έργου, υποστηρίζοντας τη Διεύθυνση Έργου με στοιχεία, αναφορές και δείκτες απόδοσης.</li><li>Παρακολουθεί και οργανώνει την αλληλογραφία του έργου, συσχετίζοντάς τη με τις δραστηριότητες του χρονοδιαγράμματος, τις συμβατικές υποχρεώσεις και τα κρίσιμα ζητήματα του έργου.</li><li>Τηρεί και ενημερώνει βάσεις δεδομένων που σχετίζονται με το κόστος, την πρόοδο και τα κέντρα κόστους του έργου (υλικά, υπεργολαβίες, επιμετρήσεις, πιστοποιήσεις, ανακεφαλαιωτικούς πίνακες κ.ά.).</li><li>Παρακολουθεί ημερολόγια έργου, αναφορές και λοιπά συμβατικά δεδομένα, εξάγοντας χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για την πρόοδο και τις αποκλίσεις του έργου.</li><li>Συμβάλλει στον εντοπισμό κινδύνων, εμπλοκών και κρίσιμων θεμάτων που επηρεάζουν την πορεία του έργου και τεκμηριώνει την ποιοτική και ποσοτική αξιολόγηση των σχετικών κινδύνων (risk analysis).</li><li>Συντάσσει εσωτερικές και εξωτερικές αναφορές προόδου (reports) προς τον Πελάτη και τη Διοίκηση, με βάση τα διαθέσιμα στοιχεία προόδου και κόστους.</li><li>Προετοιμάζει και υποστηρίζει τις υποβολές/παραδοτέα που σχετίζονται με το χρονοδιάγραμμα (baseline, ενημερώσεις, αναθεωρήσεις) και διασφαλίζει τη συμμόρφωση με τις συμβατικές απαιτήσεις αναφορών του έργου.</li><li>Συγκεντρώνει και αναλύει στοιχεία κόστους και παραγωγικότητας, εντοπίζει αποκλίσεις σε σχέση με τον προϋπολογισμό και προτείνει διορθωτικές ενέργειες, υποστηρίζοντας τις προβλέψεις χρηματοροών και κερδοφορίας.</li></ul>&nbsp;Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:<ul><li>Πτυχίο Μηχανικού</li><li>Εμπειρία +5 έτη σε έργα υποδομής ή/και μεγάλα κτιριακά έργα και σε εργοταξιακό περιβάλλον.</li><li>Εξοικείωση με κοστολόγηση, έλεγχο κόστους και χρονοπρογραμματισμό έργων.</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση Excel.</li><li>Γνώση Primavera ή/και MS Project θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα.
