Reporting to the Senior Manager P&amp;C, the HRBP Commercial role plays a key role in shaping and executing the People &amp; Culture strategy across the Commercial organization in Greece. This role will channel forward all P&amp;C processes to ensure that our employee life cycle fosters a culture of innovation, continuous growth and inclusion.&nbsp;Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Partner closely with business leaders to embed and reinforce company culture, values, and leadership behaviors, ensuring alignment between people practices and business strategy.</li><li>Drive and support the execution of talent retention, development, and succession initiatives, ensuring a strong and diverse talent pipeline aligned with current and future business needs.</li><li>Contribute to and lead local talent and engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience, capability building, and sustainable growth across the organization.</li><li>Leverage P&amp;C metrics, people data, and analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations across all employee lifecycle touchpoints, supporting informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.</li><li>Actively drive talent injection initiatives and champion global P&amp;C programs locally, translating them into tangible business value and measurable people outcomes.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies, proactively identifying risks and advising the business on people‑related compliance matters.</li><li>Drive fair, consistent, and transparent application of company and local policies, monitoring implementation effectiveness and providing insights to support policy evolution and alignment.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with all P&amp;C Centres of Expertise to design and deliver integrated, tailored people solutions that address specific business challenges and priorities.</li><li>Utilize digital and AI‑enabled tools to enhance P&amp;C service delivery, improve decision‑making, and increase overall business impact, fostering a more data‑driven and future‑ready P&amp;C function. </li></ul>Who we’re looking for<ul><li>University degree in Business Administration or a related field.</li><li>Postgraduate degree in Human Resources will be considered an asset.</li><li>8+ years of progressive experience in People &amp; Culture, ideally in a Generalist role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of core P&amp;C practices and frameworks.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset and a high level of client service orientation.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Fluency in both Greek and English.</li><li>Experience working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Military obligations completed (if applicable)</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offerOur success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress. We are looking for a passionate, organized, and dynamic People Development professional to support, deliver, and scale learning experiences that empower colleagues at all levels. In this role, you will help strengthen a culture of continuous growth, collaboration, and excellence. As a key ambassador of People Development, you will work closely with Global HR, Local HR teams, trainers, and subject-matter experts to bring engaging learning initiatives to life—online and in person. Role Overview You will coordinate, prepare, facilitate, and support the regional implementation of various People Development initiatives—ranging from soft-skills development and business skills training to leadership programmes. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth execution, strong stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across all learning activities in the region. Key Responsibilities: Programme Coordination &amp; Facilitation -Coordinate and support a wide range of learning programmes, both virtual and in-person. -Prepare materials, organize logistics, update content, and ensure all administrative aspects run seamlessly. -Act as a facilitator for selected regional or global development programmes. Regional Support &amp; Collaboration Partner with Local HR teams to plan learning activities and support participant preparation. -Conduct participant readiness or proficiency checks when required. -Serve as a primary point of contact for learning-related matters within the region. -Liaise with training hubs on organizational needs such as travel arrangements, scheduling, and session materials. Follow-Up &amp; Development Tracking -Support programme observers or trainers by collecting participant evaluation insights. -Gather and monitor individual follow-up or development plans in collaboration with Local HR teams. -Maintain clear tracking systems and ensure consistency across the region. Programme Enablement -Contribute to the planning of regional and global development initiatives. -Assist in identifying and supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who may co-deliver training. -Provide Train-the-Trainer guidance to SMEs when needed. Reporting &amp; Analysis -Maintain regular reporting dashboards and documentation for all initiatives. -Collect and analyse participant feedback to strengthen programme quality and impact. -Develop and maintain standard procedures, manuals, and guidelines. Required Qualifications Qualifications: -English proficiency at C2 level. -Proven experience in Learning &amp; Development, training delivery, or facilitation. -Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives. -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and good understanding of LMS platforms. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Experience working in regional, global, or multicultural environments.
