Area Sales Manager – South Greece

As a&nbsp;Technical Maturity Associate, you will report to the Maturity Team Leader and be part of ARES’s Asset Management Division, working on the Technical Maturity process for Real Estate portfolios serviced by Alpha Real Estate Services.&nbsp;In this role, you will apply your expertise as an experienced Engineer (Civil/Architect/Surveyor) to support the Legalization of Properties in accordance with Laws 3843/10, 4178/13 &amp; 4495/17, ensuring compliance and timely project execution. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline. Familiarity with Property Legalization processes, Cadastral Registration, and Forestry Planning will be essential for effectively managing the technical maturity of real estate portfolios.&nbsp;&nbsp;What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead the legalization process for properties, coordinating with external engineers and reviewing relevant drawings/documents</li><li>Manage the issuance and monitoring of construction permits, ensuring efficient coordination with external partners</li><li>Deliver technical consultancy services related to property management projects (technical consultancy, lender’s technical advisory, independent certifier, etc.)</li><li>Develop and implement policies, procedures, and working instructions for external channels based on specific project requirements</li><li>Prepare and submit detailed reports on the technical maturity of RE portfolios</li><li>Communicate and present project data to clients, internal stakeholders, and internal Committees</li><li>Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Rural Surveying Engineering or any related discipline</li><li>At least three (3) years of relevant work experience</li><li>Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and design tools (AutoCAD, etc.)</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities</li><li>A continuous improvement mindset with solid change management skills</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people.
