Το ξενοδοχείο 5* Doryssa Seaside Resort στο Πυθαγόρειο Σάμου επιθυμεί να προσλάβει για τη νέα σεζόν A ΄ΜΑΓΕΙΡΑ ΚΕΝΤΡΙΚΗΣ ΚΟΥΖΙΝΑΣΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΕΣ ΤΜΗΜΑΤΟΣ:<ul><li>Επίβλεψη λειτουργίας του παρασκευαστηρίου της Κουζίνας.</li><li>Οργάνωση και προϋπολογισμός για την άρτια λειτυργία του τμήματος του.</li><li>Οργάνωση και επίβλεψη του υφιστάμενου προσωπικού του για την παροχή άρτιων υπηρεσιών και αποτελεσμάτων.</li><li>Καθημερινή επαγρύπνηση για την επίτευξη των παραπάνω.</li></ul>ΣΤΟΧΟΣ ΘΕΣΗΣ :<ul><li>Τήρηση και Διασφάλιση των εσωτερικών διαδικασιών λειτουργίας της εταιρίας.</li><li>Επίτευξη Στόχων (έλεγχο του κόστους λειτουργίας του τμήματος του).</li><li>Διαμόρφωση λειτουργικής και αποτελεσματικής ομάδας με πνεύμα συνεργασίας.</li><li>Διασφάλιση της ορθής κατάστασης των μηχανημάτων και του εξοπλισμού του τμήματος του.</li><li>Eνημέρωση των προϊσταμένων, για τυχόν επιθυμίες και ιδιαιτερότητες των πελατών μας.</li></ul>ΚΑΘΗΚΟΝΤΑ&nbsp;:<ul><li>Τηρεί το πλάνο εργασίας και το ωράριο.</li><li>Ελέγχει τις πρώτες ύλες που προορίζονται για την παραγωγή του πόστου του.</li><li>Ενημερώνεται από τον προϊστάμενό του για τυχόν αλλαγές στο ημερήσιο πρόγραμμα.</li><li>Δουλεύει βάσει των συνταγών που έχει παραλάβει από τον Executive Chef τον Chef Κεντρικής κουζίνας και δίνει μεγάλη προσοχή στη σωστή διαχείριση των πρώτων υλών ή των επιστροφών.</li><li>Μοιράζει την εργασία στους υφιστάμενούς του και ελέγχει ώστε να γίνονται οι εργασίες σωστά και εμπρόθεσμα.</li><li>Για τυχόν ελλείψεις Α΄ υλών στην αποθήκη ενημερώνει τον Executive Chef και τον Chef Κεντρικής κουζίνας.</li><li>Δεν κάνει αλλαγές στη χρήση των υλικών χωρίς τη συγκατάθεση του Chef Κεντρικής κουζίνας.</li><li>Φροντίζει για την καθαριότητα ψυγείων, μηχανημάτων, χώρου του πόστου του και την σωστή χρήση εξοπλισμού.</li><li>Είναι υπεύθυνος για την καθημερινή καθαριότητα &amp; απολύμανση της κουζίνας γενικά και των χώρων που περιβάλουν την κουζίνα.</li><li>Για τυχόν βλάβες ενημερώνει τον Chef Κεντρικής κουζίνας.</li><li>Ελέγχει τα ψυγεία και τους θαλάμους του τμήματός του, ώστε οι επιστροφές να συντηρούνται με σωστό τρόπο &amp; βάση των κανόνων υγιεινής.</li><li>Αναφέρει οτιδήποτε κατεστραμμένο βρεθεί στα ψυγεία του τμήματός του, ώστε να βγει φθορά και να μην χρησιμοποιηθεί.</li><li>Είναι γενικά υπεύθυνος για την παρασκευή εδεσμάτων της βάρδιας στο πόστο του (και για το βραδινό service, αν είναι στη βάρδια του).</li><li>Προσέχει την στολή του &amp; φοράει πάντα την κονκάρδα του.</li><li>Λειτουργεί με επαγγελματισμό &amp; συνέπεια διατηρώντας πάντα την ομαλή λειτουργία του πόστου του.</li></ul>ΑΠΑΙΤΟΥΜΕΝΑ ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ :<ul><li>Πτυχίο Ανώτερης σχολής Τουριστικών Επαγγελμάτων, εσωτερικού ή εξωτερικού</li><li>Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε παρόμοια θέση</li><li>Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και συνεργασίας με όλα τα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου και με συνεργάτες( ανάπτυξη ομαδικής εργασίας)</li><li>Δυναμική και ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα</li><li>Γρήγοροι ρυθμοί εργασίας</li></ul>ΠΡΟΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΑ ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ:<ul><li>Γνώση ξένων γλωσσών ( γραπτώς &amp; προφορικώς)</li><li>Χρήση Μηχανημάτων</li><li>Χρήση Συστήματος Pos</li></ul>Apply now
