Reporting to Marketing &amp; Communication Manager, the role oversees a team of two responsible in the areas of internal &amp; external communications and customer communications, as well as leads the relationship with the PR agency.Your day-to-day:Internal Communications:<ul><li>Own the internal communications strategy and editorial calendar (emails, newsletters, viva engage platform, intranet, Town Halls content), and work together with HR, IT, and business leaders to identify themes aiming to keep employees informed and engaged.</li><li>Lead content development, editing, and final approvals for internal communications.</li></ul>External Communications<ul><li>Media Relations: Build and manage relationships with journalists and media outlets.</li><li>Lead the publicity strategy and the content development (press releases, articles, interviews, etc.). Brand Manager

The Retail Product &amp; Services Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering Vodafone’s retail proposition across devices, accessories, and technology-related services. The role leads a large, multidisciplinary team (20+ FTEs) and owns the end-to-end commercial performance of retail products and services. It plays a critical role in positioning Vodafone as a destination for technology, ensuring strong execution across retail channels and a compelling, differentiated customer experience.
