Tester for Digital Customer Touchpoints

As an AI Engineer, you will be reporting to the Head of Applied AI Engineering at the AI Center of Excellence division. You will play a key role in building, optimizing, and operationalizing AI solutions across the enterprise. Working within the Applied AI Engineering organization, this role focuses on designing robust, scalable, and reusable components that enable rapid experimentation and reliable deployment of AI capabilities.Design &amp; Development •Develop and maintain AI engineering components, pipelines, and reusable frameworks supporting enterprise use cases. • Implement and optimize solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and multi-agent workflows. • Build APIs, services, and interfaces connecting AI models with enterprise applications. Collaboration &amp; Integration • Partner with data scientists, solution designers, and software engineers to translate prototypes into production-grade implementations. • Contribute to cross-pillar work across Applied AI Engineering’s different teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality delivery. • Participate in technical design reviews and support integration with internal platforms and enterprise systems. Quality &amp; Standards • Follow and contribute to Applied AI Engineering (A2E) standards, coding best practices, and documentation protocols. • Support evaluation, testing, and monitoring to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance of deployed AI solutions. • Document components, patterns, and processes to facilitate reuse and knowledge transfer.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>5+ years of experience in AI, ML, or software engineering roles.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python and modern frameworks such as LangChain, AI Foundry or similar AI toolkits.</li><li>Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps/LLMOps tools.</li><li>Solid understanding of data pipelines, APIs, vector databases, and model deployment.</li><li>Proven ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional environments.</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or consulting experience, along with strong project management skills strongly preferred.</li><li>Expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models and adjacent technologies.</li><li>Proven track record of developing and delivering AI-driven PoCs and MVPs.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;
