The role in more detail:The Supervisor/Manager in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&amp;A) will play a crucial role in supporting our senior dealmakers across all phases of the transaction process. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile deals, providing strategic advice and comprehensive financial analyses to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in financial modelling, market research, and strategic planning, coupled with a proven ability to manage and develop junior team members. The key responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Collaborate with senior dealmakers throughout all phases of the transaction process, including origination, drafting of deal structure and material, negotiation, and closure.</li><li>Conduct in-depth company, industry, and market research to identify and evaluate potential deal opportunities.</li><li>Develop comprehensive business plans, financial models, and valuations to support transaction rationale and pricing strategies.</li><li>Prepare and draft engaging pitch and marketing materials, such as teasers and information memorandums, to effectively communicate value propositions to potential buyers or investors.</li><li>Serve as a strategic M&amp;A advisor to clients, assisting them in formulating and executing their strategic plans and achieving their long-term objectives.</li><li>Actively contribute to the development and presentation of proposals, providing insightful advice to both current and prospective clients.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.</li></ul>The key requirements of this role are:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. Supervisor/Manager in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)

The key responsibilities of the Sustainability Advisor will include (depends on the level) :<ul><li>Engagement in ESG &amp; Sustainability projects, working in teams of qualified and highly motivated professionals</li><li>Effectively manage the development of Sustainability reports under international standards (such as ESRS, GRI, SASB)&nbsp;and practices</li><li>Identify and respond to clients’ requests and needs in a timely, professional manner</li><li>Perform market researches and prepare presentations for internal information or for clients</li><li>Be a key contributor in assessing and selecting ESG data, indices and analytics for client’s sustainability reports or rating agencies requirements</li><li>Participation in ESG &amp; Sustainability Thought Leadership initiatives</li><li>Combine analytical skills and ESG expertise to provide critical insight and contribute our ESG business development strategy, implementation and management.</li><li>Maintain awareness of global ESG trends, new standards, tools, certifications, and KPIs, and share updates and implications with our ESG leaders</li><li>Deliver work of highest quality, documented in accordance with our company’s standards</li><li>Deliver excellent client service and maintain highest standards of business ethics.</li></ul>The key requirements of this role are:<ul><li>Experience in similar position, preferably in a consulting firm or a ESG/Sustainability division of an organization in Greece or abroad (the level depends of each candidate's experience)</li><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental / Economic / Business Administration / Human Resources / International Studies</li><li>Knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of International&nbsp;Standards (such as&nbsp;ESRS, GRI, SASB,&nbsp;TCFD,&nbsp;CDP, EcoVadis,&nbsp;United Nation Global compact, ISO 26000, OECD guidelines, AA1000)</li><li>Any related certification will also be highly appreciated</li><li>Fluent written and spoken English essential, knowledge of other languages a plus</li><li>Expertise In use of Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI</li><li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills</li><li>Well-organized, structured and meticulous</li><li>Thorough and methodical approach to work</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with a desire to work with diverse cultures</li></ul>What’s in it for You?At Grant Thornton Greece, we believe that great work deserves great rewards!
