At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly engaged Spa Receptionist for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract).What You Will Do<ul><li>Greet all guests who enter the Spa in a warm and welcoming manner using names when known. Offer Spa drinks, cold/warm towels and provide individual assistance and accurate information in an effective and timely manner; offer a special touch when an opportunity is presented.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate and handle guest arrival, departure and cashiering tasks in accordance with hotel standards; Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area; adhere to hotel credit policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow impeccable telephone etiquette and department standards. Spa Receptionist (Season 2026)

Guest Welcome: Warmly greet guests upon arrival, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere in line with spa standards.Reservations &amp; Scheduling: Manage spa bookings, appointments, and daily schedules efficiently using the spa’s reservation system.Guest Assistance: Provide information on treatments, therapists, spa facilities, and products. Spa Receptionist

As a Spa Receptionist you will…<ul><li>Make reservations for all Spa treatments</li><li>Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy</li><li>Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information</li><li>Greet guests courteously upon arrival</li><li>Promote in house and sister properties’ services and facilities</li><li>Handle guest needs, inquiries and requests regading spa services</li><li>Ensure that all pertinent information is recorded on registration card, report daily activity on log book</li><li>Conduct check-in and check-out procedures based on company ‘s standards</li></ul>Entry Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in a similar role.
