T he Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing the operational aspects of the talent acquisition function supporting candidate onboarding. This position focuses on managing teams across EMEA (primarily Greece, Adria Region, Egypt, UK &amp; Ireland), and overseeing all onboarding activity (from offer through to hire). It involves implementing efficient workflows, driving data-driven insights, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The manager collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Team Leadership &amp; Development: Lead and mentor a team of TA Operations professionals, across multiple Geos, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth.</li><li>Service Delivery: Working in partnership with the TA team to ensure successful delivery to the Operation - ensuring successful and timely completion and compliance of all onboarding activity including, background checks, contracting, onboarding documentation requirements, payroll activity etc.</li><li>Process Optimization: Continuously review and refine TA processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
