Reporting to the Senior Manager, the role offers exposure to challenging projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong opportunities for professional growth and progression.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Deliver valuation engagements in the context of M&amp;A transactions, financial reporting, and strategic advisory projects</li><li>Develop and review financial models (3-statement, scenario and sensitivity analyses) to support valuation conclusions</li><li>Apply valuation methodologies (DCF, Comparable Companies, Comparable Transactions) with clear rationale and consistency</li><li>Perform market, industry, and company analysis to validate assumptions and key value drivers</li><li>Analyse historical and forecast financial information to assess performance trends and risks impacting value</li><li>Prepare client-ready valuation reports and presentations in line with professional standards and internal quality requirements</li><li>Collaborate with M&amp;A and Due Diligence teams to support transaction execution and integrated advisory delivery</li><li>Support and guide junior team members through coaching, work review, and constructive feedback</li><li>Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field</li><li>Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or CFA qualification will be considered a strong asset</li><li>Proven experience in valuation engagements, with exposure to Deals-related projects (M&amp;A, Due Diligence, or other transaction contexts)</li><li>Minimum of 3–6 years of experience in valuations and financial modelling, preferably within an audit or consulting firm</li><li>Strong knowledge of advanced accounting concepts and valuation techniques</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CapitalIQ and Bloomberg is highly regarded</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)</li><li>Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Team-oriented with leadership potential</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul>
