Joining PepsiCo means joining a dedicated team where innovation and forward thinking are encouraged.Responsibilities• Grow sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service in all assigned accounts’ territory.• Take inventory and place orders for future delivery.• Solicit new business to increase volume and new package distribution within the area boundaries.• Sell and execute promotions, solicit placement of equipment and sell sufficient product inventory.• Utilize point-of-purchase materials to stimulate sales.• Generate selling opportunities by maintaining and increasing shelf facings, cleaning shelves, and rotating products.• Provide excellent service to assigned accounts and create and maintain goodwill with all customers (e.g. communication, rapport building, attentiveness to customer needs, etc.).QualificationsWe'll teach you what you need to know, but we do have a few minimum requirements:• Effective Communication• Build Win-Win Relationships• Critical Thinking• Innovative Thinking• Agility/Resilience• Learning Agility• Analytical/Numerical Skills - Utilize Data to generate Sales• Coaching Others• Strong passion for sales• Typically has a Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Must Have)• A minimum of 1-2 years of successful Sales and/or Consumer Goods experience preferred.• Industry Knowledge (Must Have)• English linguistic skills
