On behalf of our international client, a well-established company with over 30 years of experience in the technical field and 300 employees worldwide (70 of them based in Greece), we are seeking an&nbsp;HR Business Partner&nbsp;to join their Greek branch,&nbsp;based in Thessaloniki.This role offers a&nbsp;hybrid working model (2 days in the office, 3 days from home).Thanks to this flexibility, the position is also open to candidates residing outside Thessaloniki, who can commute to the office twice a week.What You’ll Be Doing<ul><li>Managing the entire employee life cycle</li><li>Supporting recruitment activities</li><li>Handling administrative processes, including:<ul><li>Drafting employment contracts</li><li>Maintaining employee data for ERGANI</li><li>Aligning information with the tax office</li><li>Preparing and reviewing payroll data</li><li>Collaborating closely with the Finance Team on accounting-related details</li></ul></li><li>Monitoring national labor legislation and developing compliant HR practices</li><li>Maintaining and tracking vacation entitlements</li><li>Supporting HR development initiatives</li><li>Coordinating internal training programs</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field</li><li>5+ years of experience&nbsp;in Human Resources Management</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (C2 level);&nbsp;German knowledge is a strong plus</li><li>Working in a structured and organized manner</li><li>Adopting a service-oriented approach</li><li>Handling confidential matters with discretion and integrity</li><li>Being a reliable and trustworthy professional</li></ul>What’s Offered<ul><li>Permanent employment contract</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic, international environment</li><li>Hybrid working arrangement (60% remote)</li><li>Prepaid card for meals and beverages</li><li>Private health insurance</li></ul>

HR Business Partner (Hybrid)

Do you love helping people grow? As a Learning &amp; Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our people’s growth journey.
