Customer Support

Our Dispatching team is growing and we are looking for our new superstar Dispatchers to organize deliveries accurately and efficiently, and take our operations to the next level!In this role your main goal will be to use verbal and written communications to expedite deliveries to our customers. You will monitor "delivered by efood" orders in real-time, making sure that everything works flawlessly. You will use your good judgment to make decisions in a fast-paced environment in order to lift any blockers on our riders' way to the PERFECT delivery!What you’ll do:&nbsp;<ul><li>Monitor orders and handle issues from the watchlist</li><li>Manage multiple incoming interactions simultaneously and effortlessly determine which take priority</li><li>Ensure that delivery zone performance and delays are on track and make corrective actions proactively and whenever needed</li><li>Handle contact from partners, riders &amp; customers through chat &amp; calls</li><li>Monitor order routing and make adjustments</li><li>Inform and provide feedback on customers for their order status if and when needed,&nbsp;and contact the partners when required</li></ul> What you need to be successful <ul><li>1-2 years of previous experience in a customer facing role within call center environment</li><li>Previous experience as dispatcher will be considered a plus</li><li>Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to find the best solution to every customer related issue</li><li>Multitasking and critical thinking</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Great communication skills</li><li>Excellent computer and typing skills</li><li>BSc degree will be considered a plus</li></ul> Who we are efood is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door. Dispatcher (Customer Care)

In our Support team there is no typical day, and to be successful in Support Associate role you will need to be self-motivated, creative and have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to be able to support our customers, restaurants and courier partners. Our operation is running seven days a week so this role also requires you to be able to work on weekends. &nbsp;Please note that this is an on-site position for candidates based in Athens. :)&nbsp;If the points below sound exciting, we look forward to hearing from you!
