As a&nbsp;Contracts Manager&nbsp;at&nbsp;Metlen&nbsp;you will be a fundamental part of the project management team for the construction of a CCGT Thermal Power Plant. Contracts Manager

To direct and coordinate the planning, scheduling and safe execution of electrical maintenance activities across all operations and infrastructure, ensuring the reliability of equipment within the frame of budget limitations.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Accountabilities● &nbsp; &nbsp;Assures the setup and implementation of the preventive maintenance program for electrical equipment. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Assures preparation of weekly work orders according to preventive maintenance plans or scheduled corrective maintenance actions. Provides technical guidance in case of complex electrical issues. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinates and assures quality in electrical maintenance execution at the lowest cost guaranteeing compliance with OHS and environment policies and contributing to plant operation. Ensures that the electrical maintenance team fulfills time readiness to efficiently tackle emergencies or urgent breakdowns. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the Maintenance Manager in the elaboration and control of the maintenance budget, ensuring planning and follow-up of costs. Implement effective and systematic solutions to achieve budget and to meet or exceed targets. Contributes to NWC optimization by assuring on time delivery of spare parts. Review spare parts specifications in order to be updated &nbsp; ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Adjusts and approves scheduling of electrical maintenance tasks after coordinating with production and mechanical maintenance departments the shutdowns of equipment. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide technical requirements and support supplier qualification and evaluation for complex electrical maintenance services contracting. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Assures up-to-date technical documentation and availability of spares parts lists, BOM for electrical equipment,proposing optimal stock levels of spare parts (through FMEA and &nbsp;RCA) and identifying remaining lifetime of critical electrical equipment. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Communicates and implements regulations, company goals, local permits, policies and procedures. &nbsp;Monitor performance of electrical maintenance personnel (internal and external). Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

As our EPC Project Manager, you will be responsible for the proper execution of utility scale PV and/or Hybrid projects on time, within budget and scope. Project management activities include schedule, budget, scope, quality, risk, contracts, engineering, integration, compliance, stakeholder management throughout the execution of the projects.&nbsp;This role also includes the projects’ preliminary phase, where you will coordinate all preparation activities prior to EPC contract signing and you will support throughout negotiations with clients.&nbsp;You can look forward to the following tasks;<ul><li>Accountable for the successful execution of the EPC projects, from design phase through completion, energisation and handover.</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered on-time. Create detailed project plans. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered within budget. Keep overview of budgetary objectives, identify discrepancies, and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that project is delivered within scope. Monitor compliance with specifications and requirements included in project contracts and other related project documents.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs. Perform risk management to minimize/mitigate project risks. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.</li><li>Create and maintain project documentation. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.</li><li>Ensure resource availability/allocation and technical feasibility. Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of the project.&nbsp;</li><li>Liaise with project stakeholders (Project Development and Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Consultants, Clients, and Authorities) on regular basis to ensure compliant project execution.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations to the Head of EPC and other company executives and to the clients. &nbsp;</li><li>Implement &amp; comply with JUWI processes and standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure full compliance with the QHSE regulations, legislation, standards, codes, and requirements applicable to the project.</li></ul>Your energy is requiredYou impress us with these qualifications:<ul><li>University Degree in Engineering.</li><li>2 - 8 years working experience in EPC project management with overall responsibility (project cost, schedule, risk, quality and technical management and control), preferably in utility-scale Solar PV or other renewable energy field. &nbsp;</li><li>Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.
