Intellectica is recruiting a detail-oriented&nbsp;Accountant&nbsp;on behalf of its client, a fast-growing and well-structured group of companies operating in the logistics and courier services sector. Based in Athens, Greece, the successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and work closely with the external accounting office, supporting the financial operations of multiple entities within the group. This role offers exposure to group-level accounting processes and payroll systems, along with clear opportunities for professional development and future growth in financial management.&nbsp;Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Managing the onboarding and offboarding process by submitting new hires and terminations to ERGANI</li><li>Coordinating with the external accounting office on accounting treatments, compliance issues, and monthly closings</li><li>Recording and maintaining income and expense entries for multiple group entities using SoftOne</li><li>Handling and organising all payroll-related data required for processing via Pylon (Epsilon Net)</li><li>Ensuring consistency between accounting records and MyData submissions, flagging discrepancies where needed</li><li>Preparing concise internal reports to support management decision-making</li><li>Supporting basic payment processes as part of daily financial operations</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time-to-time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, showcasing practical knowledge and proficiency in accounting principles, payroll execution, and tax regulations</li><li>Familiarity with ERP Softwares (Softone/Epsilon Net) is highly valued</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in Excel</li><li>Fluency in both Greek and English</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with a keen eye on detail</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work efficiently within set timetables, managing tasks effectively to meet deadlines</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating the ability to take responsibility and address challenges effectively</li></ul>

We’re looking for a Rider Payments Specialist based in Athens, Greece&nbsp;to manage rider payments and wallet systems for foody's riders in Cyprus, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.&nbsp;What you will do:<ul><li>Design, analyze, and optimize rider compensation strategies.</li><li>Maintain seamless payment operations, handling transactions with accuracy.</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to design and roll out strategic initiatives aimed at improving logistics performance and rider experience</li><li>Continuously evaluate the financial impact of payments models, ensuring they align with broader business goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Generate regular reports to make sure everything adds up, from rider earnings to payment schedules.</li><li>Keep an eye out for ways to make the payment process faster, smoother, and more efficient.</li></ul> What you need to be successful <ul><li>You’re comfortable working with numbers and can handle payments</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>When an issue comes up, you’re quick to dive in and serve up a solution, making sure our riders stay happy</li><li>Organized &amp; Efficient.
