In this context, we are looking for an experienced&nbsp;Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) Consultant. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions for clients in asset-intensive industries. Solutions Business Analyst (3617)

As a Retail Analytics Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting the strategic direction of OPAP’s retail network. You’ll contribute to the definition of business objectives, commercial KPIs, and budget planning, while continuously monitoring performance and delivering insightful reports. As a Team Leader of our Application Support Team, you will oversee the smooth operation and ongoing improvement of software systems developed by OPAP's internal Software Development Team. You will be guiding a team that delivers expert technical support, resolves application issues promptly, and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance user satisfaction and system reliability.&nbsp;Your day to day will include:<ul><li>Leading and mentoring the application support team by supervising performance, fostering collaboration, and promoting creative thinking to enhance capabilities and achieve goals</li><li>Managing and prioritizing incidents, service requests, and problem tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs</li><li>Performing root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinating permanent fixes for recurring application issues</li><li>Overseeing application monitoring and alerting systems, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of issues</li><li>Collaborating with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environment stability</li><li>Maintaining and enhancing automation scripts and tools for monitoring, reporting, and routine support tasks</li><li>Ensuring application logs, performance metrics, and telemetry data are effectively used for diagnostics and optimization</li><li>Coordinating application upgrades, patches, and configuration changes, ensuring minimal disruption to users</li><li>Managing access controls, security configurations, and compliance requirements for supported applications</li><li>Documenting technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and known issues to build a robust knowledge base</li></ul>&nbsp;What you need to succeed:&nbsp;<ul><li>BSc in Computer Engineering / Science, Information Systems Management or relevant field.
