To direct and coordinate the planning, scheduling and safe execution of electrical maintenance activities across all operations and infrastructure, ensuring the reliability of equipment within the frame of budget limitations.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Accountabilities● &nbsp; &nbsp;Assures the setup and implementation of the preventive maintenance program for electrical equipment. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Assures preparation of weekly work orders according to preventive maintenance plans or scheduled corrective maintenance actions. Provides technical guidance in case of complex electrical issues. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinates and assures quality in electrical maintenance execution at the lowest cost guaranteeing compliance with OHS and environment policies and contributing to plant operation. Ensures that the electrical maintenance team fulfills time readiness to efficiently tackle emergencies or urgent breakdowns. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the Maintenance Manager in the elaboration and control of the maintenance budget, ensuring planning and follow-up of costs. Implement effective and systematic solutions to achieve budget and to meet or exceed targets. Contributes to NWC optimization by assuring on time delivery of spare parts. Review spare parts specifications in order to be updated &nbsp; ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Adjusts and approves scheduling of electrical maintenance tasks after coordinating with production and mechanical maintenance departments the shutdowns of equipment. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide technical requirements and support supplier qualification and evaluation for complex electrical maintenance services contracting. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Assures up-to-date technical documentation and availability of spares parts lists, BOM for electrical equipment,proposing optimal stock levels of spare parts (through FMEA and &nbsp;RCA) and identifying remaining lifetime of critical electrical equipment. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Communicates and implements regulations, company goals, local permits, policies and procedures. &nbsp;Monitor performance of electrical maintenance personnel (internal and external). Develop, inform and motivate his team, ensuring competencies and skills development according to technical innovations, plant or personal needs. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Acts as PSM Champion for Electrical Safety and for Energy Isolation self-assessment ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Define projects that can improve electrical infrastructure of the Plant and execute Capex projects form electrical perspective ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinates the electrical maintenance team skills evaluation and training programs deployment.Key Objectives● &nbsp; &nbsp;Influences plant’s RF and MTBF. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Influences quality of final product. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Influences plant’s electrical energy cost ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Environmental compliance ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Net Availability Index of Kiln and Cement Mills&nbsp;Background &amp; Competencies● &nbsp; Degree in Electrical engineering&nbsp; ● &nbsp; 3-5 years in electrical maintenance in heavy industry, preferably in cement ● &nbsp; English (fluent level) ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong knowledge in electrical tasks (design of electrical schematics, project management, MCC’s design, instrumentation, PLC design, operation &amp; maintenance of Electrical Equipment HV, MV &amp; LV) ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Thorough knowledge of maintenance procedures (MAC- ACS PMA) ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and SOP’s. ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Knowledge of cement production process ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Advanced computing applications (MS Office (MS Project), ACAD, SAP (PM, MM), EPLAN) ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Think the business: Strategic alignment; analysis and problem-solving technics; business and financial acumen ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Deliver results: Manages execution; customer focus; supports action, change and innovation; leads for performance ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Energize people: Communication; engages and inspires; develops employees; cultivates relationships and networks; fosters teamwork and cooperation ● &nbsp; &nbsp;Act as a role model: Adapts &amp; learns; establishes trust &amp; confidence&nbsp;The company offers: • A unique opportunity to work for a leading company in the cement industry. • Continuous training and growth opportunities. • Group health insurance package.Applications: All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
