Responsibilities<ul><li>Technical Solution Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on our world-class Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and best-in-class Remote Control (Tensor) platforms, translating complex enterprise requirements into practical and scalable architectural designs that accelerate a customer's time to value.</li><li>Customer Lifecycle Engagement: Lead technical discovery and design workshops with enterprise customers, identifying their unique business needs, technical challenges, and strategic objectives.
