Job Description:<ul><li>Monitor the marketplace and develop strategies for Fire Fighting Equipment (FFE) categories, as well as new commercial/sales channels.</li><li>Participate in forecasting and actively monitor demand and sales performance for FFE products.</li><li>Keep a close eye on competitor activity, proposing adjustments to pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market.</li><li>Regularly review product specifications and stay updated on product developments or updates in the fire fighting equipment field.</li><li>Engage directly in the product development process, working closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure product relevance and quality.</li><li>Represent the company and FFE products at exhibitions, trade shows, and other industry events to promote the product category.</li><li>Retain and develop business relationships with both local and international distributors, ensuring strong partnerships and growth opportunities.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s Degree will be considered a plus.</li><li>2-3 years of experience in sales development, product management, or category management, preferably with international exposure.</li><li>Experience in technical marine equipment or fire fighting equipment markets will be considered a strong asset.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Organized, analytical, and sales-oriented with excellent communication skills.
