ELLENIC CABLES S.A&nbsp;is seeking a&nbsp;Contract Manager&nbsp;to join our Dynamic &amp; Growing Project Team.&nbsp;As a&nbsp;Contract Manager&nbsp;of a construction projects with proven international experience, you will be providing contractual and commercial support skilled to the Project Teams.Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Contract management tasks and responsibilities, incl. the drafting and negotiating of subcontracts, variations and claims and assisting with general strategy for contract management;</li><li>Proactive monitoring of contractual rights and obligations under the contract and/or subcontract(s).</li><li>Timely interacting with in-house legal specialists, Insurance, Finance, Compliance and other departments relevant for proper contracting and negotiation.</li><li>Official correspondence with Client and/or Subcontractors.</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>A Master Degree in Law – preferably but not necessarily construction law and/or contracting law or Engineering background with at least 8 years’ experience in contracts and claim management;</li><li>Previous working experience as a contract manager preferably in offshore (wind) construction or similar;</li><li>Excellent Command of English. We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the principal legal lead for Binance’s regulatory affairs across Europe, ensuring compliance with EU and member state regulatory requirements and managing associated legal risks.</li><li>Develop, implement, and continuously refine Binance’s regulatory legal strategy for Europe, ensuring alignment with evolving EU laws, directives, regulations, and regulatory frameworks.</li><li>Lead and manage the European regulatory legal team, providing legal expertise, strategic direction, and fostering collaboration to effectively address regulatory challenges in the region.</li><li>Act as the primary legal liaison with European regulatory authorities, building and maintaining strong legal relationships to facilitate constructive dialogue and advance Binance’s regulatory interests.</li><li>Oversee the preparation, submission, and management of regulatory filings, licenses, permits, and approvals required for Binance’s operations across European jurisdictions.</li><li>Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of regulatory matters affecting Binance’s products, services, and business operations within Europe.</li><li>Monitor and interpret EU and member state regulatory developments, anticipate potential legal impacts on Binance’s business, and advise senior management on necessary compliance measures and strategic legal responses.</li><li>Coordinate and lead legal responses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, audits, and enforcement actions within Europe, ensuring timely and effective resolution.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including compliance, risk, business development, and product to embed regulatory legal considerations into business processes and product launches in the European market.</li><li>Drive the development and delivery of regulatory legal training and awareness programs for internal stakeholders in Europe to enhance the regulatory compliance culture across the organization.</li><li>Manage relationships with external legal counsel and consultants in Europe to support regulatory matters and complex legal issues.</li><li>Oversee the European regulatory legal team’s operational functions, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Qualified to practice law in a leading jurisdiction with significant international regulatory legal experience.</li><li>Minimum of 12-15 years’ experience in regulatory legal roles, preferably within the technology, financial services, or cryptocurrency sectors.</li><li>Proven expertise in managing complex regulatory compliance issues and engaging with regulatory authorities across multiple jurisdictions globally.</li><li>Strong knowledge of global financial products, including spot and derivatives trading, payment systems, and digital assets.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop and execute global regulatory strategies in a fast-evolving and highly regulated environment.</li><li>Experience leading and managing high-performing legal teams across multiple regions.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with regulators, business leaders, and external counsel.</li><li>Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and its regulatory landscape worldwide.</li><li>Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.</li><li>Strong business acumen combined with a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach to regulatory challenges.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.</li></ul>Why Binance• Shape the future with the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem• Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure• Tackle unique, fast-paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environment• Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning• Competitive salary and company benefits• Work-from-home arrangement (the arrangement may vary depending on the work nature of the business team)
