You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards within the Club InterContinental Lounge, creating a seamless, comfortable and memorable stay through attention to detail and proactive service.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.</li><li>Perform all check-in and check-out tasks and other related front desk agent duties as required by the hotel.</li><li>Provide personalized and attentive service to Club InterContinental guests throughout their stay</li><li>Answering guest questions and resolving problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction.</li><li>Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure all Club InterContinental standards and service procedures are consistently followed</li></ul>&nbsp;The ideal candidate should be:<ul><li>Friendly and have a polite personality.</li><li>Able to multi-task and use initiative, focusing on guest needs.</li><li>With good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues from various departments.</li><li>Team player able to follow procedures and work independently</li><li>Detail oriented.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism.</li><li>Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading and writing.
