As a Junior Project Manager you will take on Arrears Management projects to deliver every project on time, within budget, and within scope. UNIC Athens, the University of Nicosia's academic and research base in Greece, combining internationally ranked teaching with state-of-the-art facilities, is seeking a Senior Campus Sensor &amp; Systems Operations Engineer&nbsp;to join its team.This role owns the on-campus hardware layer that feeds our data and AI platforms: antennas, receivers, environmental stations, cameras, radars, timing systems, and the on-prem servers that tie them together. What you’ll do:<ul><li>Design and develop software using the React framework.</li><li>Write clean and maintainable code using web-based languages like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like jQuery.</li><li>Develop user interfaces for complex solutions in Content Management Systems and E-commerce platforms.</li><li>Work with web services and REST APIs.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>Ensure code is optimized for performance, scalability, and security.</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug code issues.</li><li>Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in React and related fields.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.</li><li>Write technical documentation for code and applications.</li><li>Continuously improve software development processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality.</li></ul> What you’ll bring:<ul><li>University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.</li><li>1+ years of working experience in designing and developing software.</li><li>Deep technical skills in web-based languages and an in-depth understanding of databases.</li><li>Proven working experience with: React framework, HTML5 &amp; CSS3, Client-side scripting, JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, Web services and REST APIs, Java and J2EE.</li><li>Experience in building User Interfaces for complex solutions.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO concepts, best practices, template design, and asset modelling.</li><li>Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.</li><li>Familiarity with web analytics.</li><li>Familiarity with web applications, including security, session management, and best development practices.</li><li>Familiarity with code versioning tools, especially Git.</li><li>Excellent teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>Dependability and capability to take initiative.</li><li>Good technical documentation skills.</li></ul> For all Job Openings below submit your CV in English, along with a cover letter that states your career aspirations at hr@cognity.gr.
