We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager&nbsp;to join our team, based at our Volos Plant.Your role will encompass:A. Quality Management System Leadership<ul><li>Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Integrated Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ASI/CoC, and other applicable standards.</li><li>Ensure all quality procedures align with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and ESG commitments.</li><li>Lead internal and external audits, compliance activities, and certification renewals.</li><li>Monitor compliance with national, European, and international regulations for product quality.</li></ul>B. Quality Assurance<ul><li>Define and implement quality assurance strategies for raw materials, in-process controls, and finished products.</li><li>Ensure full documentation and traceability throughout the production process.</li><li>Collaborate with Production and Procurement departments to prevent quality deviations.</li><li>Lead risk assessments and preventive actions on quality issues.</li></ul>C. Operational Quality Control<ul><li>Supervise the laboratory and QC team in conducting accurate tests, measurements, and calibrations on raw, in-process, and final products.</li><li>Set and monitor control plans, sampling procedures, and key quality indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Manage non-conformities and lead root cause analyses (e.g., 8D, FMEA).</li></ul>D. Continuous Improvement &amp; Training<ul><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.</li><li>Work with the Continuous Improvement Manager to identify and implement quality enhancement actions.</li><li>Train plant personnel on quality awareness, procedures, and systems.</li></ul>E. Communication &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for external auditors, certification bodies, and strategic clients on quality matters.</li><li>Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to Management, highlighting trends, deviations, and corrective plans.</li><li>Participate in corporate committees related to quality and compliance.</li><li>Join Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), client audits (e.g., HNDGS), and inspections by military authorities.</li></ul>F.
