The holder of the role will be handling the Group’s payroll execution and payments in a timely manner ensuring that all necessary policies and procedures are followed.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Handles the monthly payroll execution in such a way that ensures that all the payments will be settled effectively, accurately, correctly, and in a timely manner</li><li>Collects and analyses payroll related data such as overtimes, shifts, maternity leaves, advance payments, vacations planning and other payroll components and utilizes HRM and payroll platforms in order to produce necessary payroll calculations</li><li>Creates and submits all required documentation for relevant authorities (e.g. ERGANI-SEPE, Social Insurance&nbsp;Institute&nbsp;(IKA), Tax authorities) in order to ensure that Company remains compliant with labor and internal policies</li><li>Is the single point of contact with employees or HR Managers, to ensure that payroll related queries and issues are resolved promptly, by delivering excellent customer service standards</li><li>Prepares ad hoc reports for upper management, finance department and other stakeholders presenting different payroll costs scenarios for budgeting or other reasons.</li><li>Assists in the review and development of payroll processes, procedures and systems to ensure that they are updated and reflect payroll/labor law reality</li><li>Provides, in cooperation with the Legal Department, labor law advice for company’s management team</li><li>Performs various administration tasks relevant to the payroll department, in cooperation with HR Administration / Operations team and Finance Department</li></ul><h2>Main Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or other numerical discipline</li><li>Master’s degree, in Finance or other related degree&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll processing role in a large corporation or a Payroll outsourcing/consulting firm</li><li>Good knowledge of Greek legislation regarding labor, and social security matters</li><li>Experience with ERPs and Payroll Platforms (Epsilon Net Pylon, SAP HCM or similar software)</li><li>Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written)</li></ul><h2>Key skill/attributes</h2><ul><li>Attention to detail &amp; organizational perception</li><li>Analytical &amp; problem solving skills</li><li>Time management skills</li><li>Interpersonal skills</li><li>Collaboration</li></ul>
