The American College of Greece is seeking an enthusiastic and well-organized Coordinator to join the Office of Advancement team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the office, Alumni communications, donor stewardship, CRM data entry, and event coordination, while ensuring smooth internal processes and excellent customer service.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate daily operations of the Advancement Office, including handling Alumni and visitor inquiries, organizing logistics and supplies, processing requisitions and expense reports, and maintaining office calendars and meetings.</li><li>Manage office volunteers and collaborate with other ACG departments to increase efficiency and engagement.</li><li>Assist in organizing events and solicitation campaigns to boost alumni and prospect involvement.</li><li>Support communication with scholarship donors and recipients.</li><li>Assist in donor stewardship activities, including meeting coordination and thank-you letters.</li><li>Support outreach and engagement with Pierce Parents.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the Advancement team and the Vice President of Advancement.</li><li>Assist with social media initiatives related to Alumni and advancement events.</li><li>Perform any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.</li><li>2–3 years of relevant experience in administrative coordination and/or customer service.</li><li>Excellent command of English and Greek (oral and written).</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM platforms will be considered a plus.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism</li><li>Creativity and problem-solving</li><li>Attention to detail and quality focus</li><li>Team-oriented mindset and capacity to work independently.</li></ul>Application Deadline:&nbsp;May 16, 2025Anticipated Start Date:&nbsp;May/June 2025Application Instructions:&nbsp;Applicants should complete the online application and include the following materials:<ul><li>A cover letter describing previous related experience.</li><li>A current CV.</li><li>Contact information (name, e-mail address, telephone number) for at least three persons who can provide a professional reference.</li></ul>

Coordinator – Office of Advancement

The American College of Greece is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join its Enrollment team as the Manager of Online Programs Enrollment. This role involves implementing enrollment strategies, managing prospective student relationships, and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to meet admissions goals.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implement recruitment strategy for the ACG Global online campus.</li><li>Develop and evaluate enrollment processes and tactics specific to online programs.</li><li>Collaborate with online program directors and internal stakeholders to identify target student profiles and execute recruitment initiatives.</li><li>Create training and support materials to enhance recruitment performance.</li><li>Coordinate with the Marketing Department for lead generation and brand consistency in recruitment materials.</li><li>Organize and execute enrollment events such as info sessions, email campaigns, virtual fairs, and meetings.</li><li>Maintain and nurture the leads database and track progress through CRM systems.</li><li>Advise prospective students from inquiry through to enrollment; support current students on re-enrollment processes.</li><li>Review application materials and assess eligibility based on online program admissions criteria.</li><li>Maintain accurate student records and oversee invoicing coordination.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Graduate and Online Programs.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a client-oriented sales/service role, ideally in education.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English and Greek language.</li><li>Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot) and MS Office applications.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Results-driven attitude with a motivation to achieve targets.</li><li>Customer service orientation, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Strong time management skills.</li></ul>Other requirements:<ul><li>Flexibility to work outside the working schedule to support institutional events and departmental needs as required.</li></ul>Application Deadline:&nbsp;May 16, 2025Application Instructions:&nbsp;Applicants should complete the online application and include the following materials:<ul><li>A cover letter describing previous related experience.</li><li>A current CV.</li><li>Contact information (name, e-mail address, telephone number) for at least three persons who can provide a professional reference.</li></ul>
