<h2>Job Description</h2>So, what are the main duties of an intern in Administrative support in Netcompany-Intrasoft?As an intern in Administration you will have the responsibility for effective daily administrative tasks through all Departmental needs and perform multi-faceted activities with the aim of providing support to the existing working team. &nbsp;Overall, you will operate as a team member and will carry out a broad range of activities and procedures using already existing relevant policies, functions, and practices within a comprehensive field of work under a professional discipline at the work area.More specifically you will have the below key duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and all kind of correspondence.</li><li>Write and edit documents as well as create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.</li><li>Handling of all daily office procedures.</li><li>Follow up, control and order of internal supplies.</li><li>The work also involves distributing mails as well as ensuring the accomplishment of deadlines between Company and Customer.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>What would make you a fit for the role:<ul><li>Eligibility for an Internship through your University</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite</li><li>Excellent command of Greek language (written and oral)</li><li>Excellent command of English language (written and oral)</li><li>Basic financial knowledge/understanding and familiarity in accounting terminology</li></ul>It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:<ul><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Professionalism</li><li>Dynamic personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><ul><li>Advanced communication skills (oral, written) with the ability to interface effectively with working group and Customer</li><li>Analyzing Information and provide successful outcomes through problem solving</li><li>Highly self-motivated and methodical</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet strict/tight deadlines</li></ul><h2>Company Description</h2>We are Netcompany-Intrasoft, a member of Netcompany Group A/S, and a leading European IT Solutions and Services company with strong international presence and expertise, dedicated to responsible digitalisation.
