As a CRO Specialist, you'll be optimizing our websites and apps to create seamless, engaging customer journeys. Your goal? As a CRM Specialist, you'll create and execute personalized Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) campaigns for VIP customers, driving engagement and maximizing impact through data-driven strategies.&nbsp;Your day to day will include:<ul><li>Creating and executing CLM campaigns for retention, reactivation, cross-sell, and upsell</li><li>Planning and managing the monthly CLM calendar based on business needs</li><li>Defining campaign budgets and expected impact through business cases</li><li>Designing and optimizing VIP customer journeys through testing and analysis for campaign effectiveness</li><li>Monitoring campaign execution and suggesting improvements</li><li>Implementing personalized VIP treatments, rewards, and exclusive events</li><li>Analyzing performance, reporting insights, and recommending optimizations</li></ul>&nbsp;What you need to succeed:&nbsp;<ul><li>BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, or other relevant field</li><li>4+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role within a fast-paced organization&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM tools (Siebel CRM, Unica, Responsys, Optimove) is preferable</li><li>Strong knowledge of sports affiliation, sports betting calendar, and key milestones is essential</li><li>Familiarity with statistical tools (ie.
