About the job
As a CRO Specialist, you'll be optimizing our websites and apps to create seamless, engaging customer journeys. Your goal? To make every interaction smoother, ensuring a top-notch experience that drives customer acquisition and activity.
Your day to day will include:
- Collaborating with teams to develop data-driven strategies for improving web/app journeys, design, and content
- Using web and app data, perform competitive analysis, and assisting with surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prioritizing findings and creating an experimentation roadmap to focus on high-impact changes
- Running A/B and multivariate tests to find variations that meet user needs by segment
- Creating and presenting reports on optimization metrics and findings to stakeholders, ensuring actionable insights
- Monitoring conversion rate metrics and work with analytics teams to improve customer journey insights
- Staying updated on CRO methods and tools to suggest new strategies and optimize processes
- Promoting a culture of experimentation across the business
What you need to succeed:
- BSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing or any other relevant field.
- 3+ years of hands on experience in a similar Conversion Rate Optimization or/and Digital Analytics role
- Hands on experience in front-end development is a plus
- Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze data from various sources and convert it into insights and actions
- Hands on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Looker Studio, Crazy Egg, MS Office, client and server-side experimentation platforms
- Practical experience in web front-end development: JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Familiarity with app development (Android, iOS), API and backend operations is a plus
- Knowledge of online betting/casino and i-lottery business is a plus
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Critical thinking and the ability to keep focus on a big picture while paying attention to details
