As a CRO Specialist, you'll be optimizing our websites and apps to create seamless, engaging customer journeys. Your goal? To make every interaction smoother, ensuring a top-notch experience that drives customer acquisition and activity.&nbsp;&nbsp;Your day to day will include:<ul><li>Collaborating with teams to develop data-driven strategies for improving web/app journeys, design, and content</li><li>Using web and app data, perform competitive analysis, and assisting with surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement</li><li>Prioritizing findings and creating an experimentation roadmap to focus on high-impact changes</li><li>Running A/B and multivariate tests to find variations that meet user needs by segment</li><li>Creating and presenting reports on optimization metrics and findings to stakeholders, ensuring actionable insights</li><li>Monitoring conversion rate metrics and work with analytics teams to improve customer journey insights</li><li>Staying updated on CRO methods and tools to suggest new strategies and optimize processes</li><li>Promoting a culture of experimentation across the business</li></ul>&nbsp;What you need to succeed:&nbsp;<ul><li>BSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing or any other relevant field.&nbsp;</li><li>3+ years of hands on experience in a similar Conversion Rate Optimization or/and Digital Analytics role</li><li>Hands on experience in front-end development is a plus</li><li>Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze data from various sources and convert it into insights and actions</li><li>Hands on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Looker Studio, Crazy Egg, MS Office, client and server-side experimentation platforms</li><li>Practical experience in web front-end development: JavaScript, CSS, HTML</li><li>Familiarity with app development (Android, iOS), API and backend operations is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of online betting/casino and i-lottery business is a plus</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills</li><li>Strong negotiation and presentation skills</li><li>Critical thinking and the ability to keep focus on a big picture while paying attention to details</li><li>Responsibility and commitment to deadlines</li><li>&nbsp;</li></ul>What’s in it for you?<ul><li>An award-winning working environment&nbsp;🚀</li><li>State of the art facilities including gym &amp; restaurant&nbsp;🏢</li><li>Hybrid working model&nbsp;💻</li><li>Competitive salary package and bonus scheme&nbsp;💸</li><li>Health insurance coverage &amp; Pension Plan&nbsp;🙏</li><li>Monthly food allowance&nbsp;🍴</li><li>Continuous learning with classroom/digital trainings by OpapAcademy&nbsp;🎓</li><li>Internal Career Opportunities&nbsp;💼</li><li>Well-Being Activities&nbsp;💪</li></ul>&nbsp;OPAP Group is an equal opportunity employer
