We are looking for a Tenders Associate (Fixed Term) to join our Team.<h2>During your day you will:</h2>&nbsp;<ul><li>Monitor the respective tendering system (ESIDIS, CosmoOne, etc) to identify and propose new tender opportunities to the Head of Tenders Section, as well as to track updates on ongoing tenders.</li><li>Collaborate with relevant departments and external stakeholders to gather and prepare required documentation, including certificates, declarations and participation documents.</li><li>Maintain and update tender related databases and files ensuring completeness and accuracy.</li><li>Assist the Head of Tenders Section in the preparation of the technical and financial tendering documentation through collaboration with the respective departments.</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2>&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or related field</li><li>1-3 years of professional experience years of experience in a similar role or in administrative support</li><li>Fluency in English (verbal and written proficiency)</li><li>Basic Knowledge of Biddings Platforms (ΕΣΗΔΗΣ, eProcurement-Cyprus (ePPS), Cosmo-One)</li><li>Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills / Competences:<ul><li>Organizational and time management skills</li><li>Advanced verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines</li></ul>&nbsp;

Tenders Associate (Fixed Term)

Your purpose As an Assistant Category, you will support the Category Manager in the daily management of your assigned product category. Your role will involve coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and stores to ensure seamless operations. You will also collaborate closely with the Forecast &amp; Replenishment team to optimize stock levels, contribute to the implementation of pricing strategies and promotional plans, and support the execution of planograms to ensure optimal product placement in-store.What you will focus on<ul><li>Communication with suppliers, internal departments, and stores to resolve issues arising from the daily operations of the department</li><li>Information exchange and close collaboration with the Forecast &amp; Replenishment team</li><li>Implementation of the pricing policy for the product category</li><li>Execution of the promotional activity plan for the category</li><li>Implementation of planograms for the category’s products</li></ul>Who we are looking for<ul><li>BSc in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
