Job’s Purpose&nbsp; As a Junior Category Manager, you will be a member of Commerce team, who will be involved in all aspects of sourcing and category management portfolio and other relevant projects to maximize performance and profitability for the assigned categories. The role actively contributes in strategic category management to thrive in variety, quality, and value according to AB’s high business standards.&nbsp;What you will focus on &nbsp;<ul><li>Participate in the formation of the composition of variety of products, by focusing on improving efficiency and satisfying the needs of customers</li><li>Conduct market analysis and monitor the price level for products of your responsibility in relation to competition to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth</li><li>Monitor the performance of the products in your liability categories, from all shops (retail, wholesale, franchise)</li><li>Maintain products’ intended level of competence, by being on top of your category products stock</li><li>Negotiate with suppliers regarding products for the whole stores network, and ensure buying high quality products under the best possible terms</li><li>Be involved in the configuration and maintenance of the action plan in your liability category</li><li>Participate in the design and implementation of your category promotional plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams</li></ul>&nbsp;What you bring<ul><li>BSc in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant field. As an AML Analyst you will participate in the analysis and assessment of the company’s ML/TF risks and the &nbsp;strategic configuration and utilization of the AML system, taking into consideration the provision of the current relevant regulatory framework and best practices. &nbsp;This role provides you with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining work from home and from the office. The position plays a vital role inside the Compliance Department as per daily AML routines but also contributing to the department’s strategic plans. .Your local team will be based in Athens, Greece.Your key responsibilities in this role will be to:<ul><li>Ensure the proper implementation of the AML/CFT Policy across the Company.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and maintain a risk assessment framework for products, services and clients related to money laundering.</li><li>Detect, investigate and report suspicious activities to the competent authorities in an efficient and timely manner, such as the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).</li><li>Coordinate and resolve audit, regulator and merchant inquiries related to AML topics.</li><li>Conduct analysis and investigation of the alerts generated from the AML transaction monitoring system and identify potential suspicious or unusual activity.</li><li>Perform statistical data analysis to optimize the parametrization of the AML system.</li><li>Provide advice and guidance to all Departments across Nexi Payments Greece, by establishing clear accountabilities, roles and responsibilities so as to better manage AML risks.</li><li>Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of relevant AML Policies and Procedures.</li><li>Support the development of robust AML Training Program and conduct trainings if needed for different Teams to raise awareness on ML/TF risks.</li><li>Cooperate with Government Agencies (such as Tax Authorities, Banks, Judicial Authorities) regarding lawful requests for information resulted during their investigations.</li></ul>&nbsp;What makes you the best person for this job?&nbsp;Now while you are reading about the role, are you curious to discover more?
