We are seeking a highly skilled and&nbsp;motivated Network Specialist&nbsp;to join our team.&nbsp;The ideal candidate will have experience with Cisco and Huawei switches (core and edge),&nbsp; WiFi Infrastructure, physical and logical network topology, VoIP telephony, and cloud networking. Relevant certifications are a must and prior experience in the manufacturing industry will be considered a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, install, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure including Cisco and Huawei switches</li><li>Configure and maintain WiFi networks to ensure optimal performance and security</li><li>Develop and manage physical and logical network topology, DNS, DCHP, VLAN configurations</li><li>Support and maintain VoIP telephony systems</li><li>Implement and manage cloud networking solutions</li><li>Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime</li><li>Collaborate closely with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of network systems</li><li>Document network configurations and procedures</li><li>Implement and manage Cisco ISE solutions</li><li>Implement all necessary and mandatory IS rules and regulations ensuring full compliance with applicable security strategies</li></ul>Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in&nbsp;Computer Science is prefrerred</li><li>Proven experience with Cisco and Huawei switches (core and edge)</li><li>Strong knowledge of WiFi technologies and best practices</li><li>Experience in physical &amp; logical network topology, DNS, VLANs, and VoIP telephony</li><li>Good knowledge of cloud networking solutions</li><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, HCNA, HCNP) are mandatory</li><li>Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Ability to manage multiple support tasks and projects simultaneously</li><li>Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic</li></ul>
