Organic Content Operations

This role will involve strategy, planning, management and execution to maintain and build Binance’s social media and community presence globally. You will work closely with the leadership team.Responsibilities:Contribute to the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches from a social media perspectiveDesign, execute and lead large community activation campaignsCreate and manage always on content strategies for our priority global partnerships such as CR7Be a key POC for business issue and crisis management, including fast, measured and informed response, sentiment monitoring and reporting, and consulting on further action in partnership with the communications and product teamsWork closely with the CS team on community management, response and sentiment maintenance&nbsp;Help with managing end-to-end across Binance social accountsWorking with the wider global social team and with external departments, including product and partnerships, to promote and build the brand of BinanceFocus on bringing our socials closer to our community, with a crypto native understanding, and a great understanding of crypto cultureAssisting the team across platforms to think of creative ideas, both for general posts and campaignsWork closely cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product and other teamsMeasure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance&nbsp;Analyze the social media landscape to supply actionable insightsRequirements:Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage5+ years of digital marketing experience in social media, community, content or brand marketing related rolesProven experience with crisis management and working directly with executive leadership teamsExperience working on large integrated marketing campaigns, and working with external agencies, partners and talent&nbsp;Demonstrable success with growing social media accounts and executing campaignsDeep understanding of the crypto market.
