Job’s Purpose&nbsp;As a Junior Category Manager, you will be a member of Commerce team, who will be involved in all aspects of sourcing and category management portfolio and other relevant projects to maximize performance and profitability for Own Brands . The role actively contributes in strategic category management to thrive in variety, quality, and value according to AB’s high business standards. &nbsp;What you will focus on &nbsp;<ul><li>Participate in the formation of the composition of variety of products, by focusing on improving efficiency and satisfying the needs of customers</li><li>Conduct market analysis and monitor the price level for products of your responsibility in relation to competition to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth</li><li>Monitor the performance of the products in your liability categories, from all shops (retail, wholesale, franchise)</li><li>Maintain products’ intended level of competence, by being on top of your category products stock</li><li>Negotiate with suppliers regarding products for the whole stores network, and ensure buying high quality products under the best possible terms</li><li>Be involved in the configuration and maintenance of the action plan in your liability category</li><li>Participate in the design and implementation of your category promotional plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams</li></ul> What you bring<ul><li>BSc in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant field. Junior Category Manager (Temp Position)

&nbsp;Job’s PurposeThe Equipment Asset Control Associate plays an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of all store and operational equipment assets across our retail network. By maintaining accurate asset records and improving visibility into equipment utilization, you will directly contribute to cost control, operational efficiency, and sustainability goals. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day operations of retail stores by ensuring that the right equipment is in the right place, at the right time.&nbsp;What you will focus on •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Process equipment orders for existing stores and create purchase requests through the relevant system •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Develop, manage, and monitor the budget for equipment in small-scale projects •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Draft and oversee equipment agreements with department suppliers, ensuring compliance and timely execution •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Support stores and collaborating departments (e.g., Operations, Technical, Procurement) with equipment-related orders and requests •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain accurate asset records and generate regular reports on equipment tracking •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery, installation, or replacement of equipment Who we are looking for •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;High School Diploma, Vocational Training Institute (IEK) Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
