What you'll be doing<ul><li>Spotting and securing the best new venues out there – mapping the market, building relationships, and bringing top-quality partners to Wolt.</li><li>Taking ownership of new deals/venues – ensuring every venue is set up for success through smart selection, smooth onboarding, and continuous performance follow-up.</li><li>Keeping a close eye on quality – using data, feedback, and regular check-ins to make sure our partners (and their customers!) are always satisfied.</li><li>Sharing insights from our partners with our product, marketing, and operations teams to help make Wolt even better.</li><li>Acting as the go-to link between our operations and retail partners – making sure communication is clear, collaboration is easy, and results are great.</li></ul>Our humble expectations<ul><li>Field sales experience is a great bonus to have - ears of experience in working with partner accounts, onboarding or business development, or the motivation to learn &amp; develop.&nbsp;</li><li>Self-starter, reliable team player with the ability to deliver results on-time and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Structured, detailed, and service-oriented.&nbsp;</li><li>You have strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action and impact.</li><li>You have a proactive mentality - an independent thinker who can work with limited guidance but can deliver a successful outcome through grit and determination.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.</li><li>Fluent in Greek with a professional working level of English.</li><li>Driver’s license (B) is mandatory for this role</li></ul>
