What you'll be doing

  • Spotting and securing the best new venues out there – mapping the market, building relationships, and bringing top-quality partners to Wolt.

  • Taking ownership of new deals/venues – ensuring every venue is set up for success through smart selection, smooth onboarding, and continuous performance follow-up.

  • Keeping a close eye on quality – using data, feedback, and regular check-ins to make sure our partners (and their customers!) are always satisfied.

  • Sharing insights from our partners with our product, marketing, and operations teams to help make Wolt even better.

  • Acting as the go-to link between our operations and retail partners – making sure communication is clear, collaboration is easy, and results are great.

Our humble expectations

  • Field sales experience is a great bonus to have - ears of experience in working with partner accounts, onboarding or business development, or the motivation to learn & develop. 

  • Self-starter, reliable team player with the ability to deliver results on-time and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Structured, detailed, and service-oriented. 

  • You have strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action and impact.

  • You have a proactive mentality - an independent thinker who can work with limited guidance but can deliver a successful outcome through grit and determination.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.

  • Fluent in Greek with a professional working level of English.

  • Driver’s license (B) is mandatory for this role
